Spiced ground beef kebab, based on this.

Ingredients:
1 llb ground meat (beef, pork, or lamb)
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp kosher salt (Note: half a Tbsp normal salt, at most. I used 1 Tbsp normal salt and it was way too much.)
3 Tbsp grated onion
3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground red (cayenne) pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
some freshly ground black pepper
olive oil

Instructions:

Combine the oil and spices in a frying pan and fry up a little.
Press the garlic, mix with some salt.
Mix and let sit for 1-12 hours.
Put on skewers and grill (or just grill).

Goes well with pita and tzatziki.
